Diese Regel ist in der Dominikanischen Republik selten relevant, da die meisten Familien mit Stiefkindern alle Kinder als gleichberechtigt und damit als erbberechtigt betrachten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Steuerlich wird die Erbschaft mit einem Pauschalsatz von 3% f\u00fcr Immobilien besteuert, und Schenkungssteuern werden mit einem Pauschalsatz von 25% erhoben. Sowohl dominikanische als auch ausl\u00e4ndische Personen, deren letzter Wohnsitz in der Dominikanischen Republik lag, unterliegen den dominikanischen Erbschaftssteuern. Die Erbschaft von in der Dominikanischen Republik gelegenen Immobilien unterliegt ebenfalls diesen Steuern, unabh\u00e4ngig von der Staatsangeh\u00f6rigkeit oder dem Wohnsitz des Verstorbenen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"308\" height=\"166\" src=\"https:\/\/punta-cana.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Image3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19788\" title=\"inheritance tax\" srcset=\"https:\/\/punta-cana.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Image3.jpg 308w, https:\/\/punta-cana.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Image3-300x162.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 308px) 100vw, 308px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Gesetz Nr. 288-04 senkte den Erbschaftssteuersatz auf 3% des Nachlasswerts nach Abz\u00fcgen, wie von den Steuerbeh\u00f6rden festgelegt. Medizinische Kosten und Bestattungskosten, Schulden und Hypotheken k\u00f6nnen ebenfalls abgezogen werden. Der Satz erh\u00f6ht sich auf 4,5% f\u00fcr Beg\u00fcnstigte, die nicht in der Dominikanischen Republik ans\u00e4ssig sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beg\u00fcnstigte m\u00fcssen innerhalb von 90 Tagen nach dem Tod des Erblassers eine Erkl\u00e4rung bei den Steuerbeh\u00f6rden einreichen, mit einer m\u00f6glichen Verl\u00e4ngerung um weitere dreieinhalb Monate in komplexen F\u00e4llen.
